Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, met with Dr. Rikhi Thakral, Executive Director of the Thakral Group of Companies. Dr. Kao thanked Dr. Rikhi Thakral for expanding his businesses to most ASEAN Member States and Timor-Leste, which have certainly contributed to the building of the ASEAN Economic Community as well as the promotion of people-to-people ties.
